Following a thorough review, the last verified specimen is a clutch of eggs (<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/1101271077">https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/1101271077</a>) at the Australian Museum in Sydney (AM O.49038; see Table 1, Figure 3e, and the text on pg 6 of Webster et al.): "the last verified specimen being collected near Coen in 1924 by Anderson." The last verified specimen was collected two years prior (February 1922) in the same general vicinity (<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://doi.org/10.1080/01584197.2022.2090962">Webster et al. 2022</a>).
